How to Restart or Reset Your Yomojo Home Wireless Modem

Restarting or resetting your modem can help resolve issues such as slow speeds, dropped connections, or no internet access.
Restart Your Modem (Recommended First Step)
A restart refreshes the connection without deleting any settings.
Huawei 4G CPE Pro 3 (B628-350)
Press the Power button to turn the modem off.
Wait 30 seconds.
Press the Power button again to turn it back on.
Allow 2–3 minutes for the modem to reconnect to the network.
Optus Ultra Wi-Fi 5G Modem
Turn the modem off using the Power button or unplug the power cable.
Wait 30 seconds.
Power the modem back on.
Wait for the signal and Wi-Fi lights to stabilise.
Factory Reset Your Modem (Last Resort)
A factory reset restores the modem to its default settings. Only use this if restarting does not fix the issue.
⚠️ Warning: A factory reset will erase:
Custom Wi-Fi name (SSID)
Wi-Fi password
Any advanced configuration settings

Ensure the modem is powered on.
Locate the RESET pinhole on the back of the modem.
Using a paperclip, press and hold the reset button for 10–15 seconds.
Release the button when the modem restarts.
Wait for the modem to reconnect.
Optus Ultra Wi-Fi 5G Modem
Make sure the modem is powered on.
Find the RESET pinhole on the rear or underside of the modem.
Press and hold the reset button for 10–15 seconds using a paperclip.
Release once the lights begin to flash or the modem restarts.
Allow several minutes for reconnection.
After a Factory Reset
Connect to the default Wi-Fi network printed on the modem label.
Re-enter your custom Wi-Fi name and password if required.
Confirm internet access by opening a web browser.
If your modem does not reconnect after a reset, contact Yomojo Support with your modem model and service details.
