WHY ONE MONTH MATTERS
THE INDUSTRY'S $5,000 PROBLEM
Business fibre in Australia is sold one way: sign for 36 months and installation is free. Want a shorter term? Most providers charge around $5,000 to install on a 12-month contract, $1,250 to $2,500 on 24 months — and if you leave early, you pay out the remaining months. The few who offer month-to-month make you pay for the install instead. Either way, on a 1 Gbps service it's a five-figure commitment to a provider you haven't used yet.
Where a carrier charges us to install, we pass it through and show it in the checker rather than burying it in a contract. But on Optus and FibreconX buildings — where we control the economics — we've removed both: installation is $0, the term is one month, and if you leave there's nothing to pay out. If the service is good, you'll stay.
✅ Optus & FibreconX buildings: leave any month
✅ No install fee, and no clawback of it if you go
✅ Every network's term and activation fee shown up front
✅ Same business-grade SLA the long contracts get

WHAT YOU GET
BUSINESS-GRADE, END TO END
The parts of business fibre that actually matter when something goes wrong at 4pm on a Friday.
Engineers, not a script, around the clock. Faults are worked on when they happen, not the next business day.
Upload as fast as you download — cloud backups, video calls, VoIP and file sync all run at full speed.
Built-in redundancy and a business-grade SLA with restoration targets. The uptime you're paying for is written down.
HOW IT WORKS
FROM ADDRESS TO ACTIVE
Four steps, one team the whole way.
Type your address above. On-net buildings get $0 install and the one-month term; we confirm everything else by phone.
200 Mbps to 2 Gbps symmetrical depending on your network — or ask about 5 and 10 Gbps. Prices are fixed and ex GST.
Your router and connection kit arrive pre-configured. Plug in, or have our engineers set it up.
We activate the service, test it end to end, and your account manager stays on it from day one.
