Yomojo 4G Home Wireless Broadband – APN Setup Guide
Follow these steps to ensure your Yomojo 4G Home Wireless modem/router is correctly configured to connect to our network.
Step 1: Access Your Modem Settings
Open a web browser on a device connected to your modem.
Enter the following address into the browser’s address bar: 192.168.8.1
Log in using your modem credentials (these are usually printed on the device or included in the user manual).
Step 2: Check the APN Profile
Click on the Settings tab.
Navigate to Network Settings > Profiles.
Check the existing APN:
The APN should be: OWHWBB
If the APN is correct, click Save if required.
Step 3: Add a New APN Profile (if needed)
If there is no existing profile with the APN OWHWBB, create a new profile:
Click the (+) Add New Profile button.
Enter the following details:
Profile Name: Yomojo
APN: OWHWBB
Tick Set as Default Profile
Click Save.
Step 4: Configure Network Sharing
Navigate to Network Settings > Mobile Network Sharing.
Set the following options:
Preferred Network Mode: AUTO
Network Search Mode: AUTO
Click Apply/Save if required.
Step 5: Restart Your Modem
After saving the changes, restart your modem to ensure the new settings are applied.
Wait a few minutes for the modem to reconnect to the network.
Step 6: Test Your Connection
Open a web browser or run a speed test to check that your internet connection is working.
If the connection fails, double-check the APN spelling (OWHWBB) and network mode settings.
Tips
Keep your modem firmware up to date for optimal performance.
Place the modem in a central location, preferably near a window, for better signal reception.
