If you have an nbn® FTTP connection, you can also restart your NTD (Network Termination Device), especially if you have recently changed your plan or speed.
Switch off the NTD at the power outlet and leave it off for at least 10 seconds. Switch it back on and wait for the NTD’s status lights to return to normal before checking your connection again.
Check the status lights on your nbn® Connection Box. If any lights are off or showing red, please call us on 1300 966 656, email support@yomojo.com.au, or chat with us.
Check whether any devices are connected to your modem using an Ethernet cable. If those devices have normal speeds but Wi‑Fi devices are slow, proceed to Troubleshooting Wi‑Fi Connection.
