No connection on your nbn® FTTC
If your Yomojo nbn® FTTC service is offline, you won't be able to browse websites, stream, download or use other services that need an internet connection. Try these steps to find and fix the problem.
Look up your address on nbn®’s Network Status and Outages page and our Network Status page.
Check your nbn® modem and make sure the cables are plugged in firmly and aren’t damaged. Our setup guide shows you how to connect them.
Note: Replace any cables that are damage.
Switch off the power at the outlet for at least 10 seconds.
Switch it back on and wait until the Internet light comes on.
Try browsing a website to check if it loads successfully.If you have an nbn® FTTC connection, you can also restart your NCD (Network Connection Device), especially if you have recently changed your plan or speed.
Switch off the NTD at the power outlet and leave it off for at least 10 seconds. Switch it back on and wait for the NTD’s status lights to return to normal before checking your connection again.Check the status lights on your nbn® Connection Box.
If any lights are red or turned off, please call us on 1300 966 656 for help.Check whether any devices are connected to your modem using an Ethernet cable. If those devices have normal speeds but Wi‑Fi devices are slow, proceed to Troubleshooting Wi‑Fi Connection.
