Order a Yomojo SIM
Sign up online and choose your prepaid SIM‑only plan
Your SIM will be delivered, or activate an eSIM if your device supports it
Activate Your SIM
Follow the instructions provided with your SIM or in the Yomojo app
Provide your personal details and confirm your identity
Keep Your Number (Porting)
Select the option to transfer your existing mobile number
Provide your current account details from your existing provider
Yomojo will handle the transfer, usually completed within a few hours
Confirm Service Transfer
Once porting is complete, insert your Yomojo SIM or activate your eSIM
Test calls, texts and data to ensure everything is working properly
Manage Your Plan
Use the Yomojo app or online account to track usage, top up or adjust your plan
Add family members under one account to enjoy bundle discounts
