Transfer Your Service to Yomojo

Order a Yomojo SIM

  • Sign up online and choose your prepaid SIM‑only plan

  • Your SIM will be delivered, or activate an eSIM if your device supports it

Activate Your SIM

  • Follow the instructions provided with your SIM or in the Yomojo app

  • Provide your personal details and confirm your identity

Keep Your Number (Porting)

  • Select the option to transfer your existing mobile number

  • Provide your current account details from your existing provider

  • Yomojo will handle the transfer, usually completed within a few hours

Confirm Service Transfer

  • Once porting is complete, insert your Yomojo SIM or activate your eSIM

  • Test calls, texts and data to ensure everything is working properly

Manage Your Plan

  • Use the Yomojo app or online account to track usage, top up or adjust your plan

  • Add family members under one account to enjoy bundle discounts
