No connection on your nbn® FTTN/B

If your Yomojo nbn® FTTN service goes offline, you won’t be able to browse, stream, download, or use email. Basically, anything that needs the internet won’t work. Try these steps to figure out what is going on.

  1. Look up your address on nbn®’s Network Status and Outages page and our Network Status page.

Note: If maintenance is scheduled, you’ll see an estimated time for the fix.

  1. Check your nbn® modem and make sure the cables are plugged in firmly and aren’t damaged. Our setup guide shows you how to connect them.

Note: Replace any cables that are damage.

  1. Switch off the power at the outlet for at least 10 seconds.

Switch it back on and wait until the Internet light comes on.

Try browsing a website to check if it loads successfully.

  1. Check whether any devices are connected to your modem using an Ethernet cable. If those devices have normal speeds but Wi‑Fi devices are slow, proceed to Troubleshooting WiFi Connection.

Note: If some devices can open websites but others can’t, even when they’re connected the same way, you may need to adjust your browser settings.
