How do I activate iMessage and FaceTime

iMessage is Apple’s messaging service that lets you send texts, photos, videos, documents, and more between Apple devices — like iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches — using Wi-Fi or mobile data, instead of traditional SMS.

FaceTime is Apple’s video and audio calling service that lets you connect with other Apple users over Wi-Fi or mobile data. It works on iPhones, iPads, Macs, and even Apple Watches (audio only).

iMessage and FaceTime Activation

• iMessage and Facetime requires DATA for them to work. Can be mobile data or through WIFI.

• If a user updates their IOS, there's a chance that iMessage and Facetime will be deactivated, therefore it has to be reactivated once again for member to use the feature.

• Top-up credit is required for activation (National SMS = 9c and international SMS = 35c).
