Voice over LTE (VoLTE) allows you to make and receive calls over the 4G network instead of older 3G technology. VoLTE provides clearer voice quality, faster call connection times and improved network performance.
To use VoLTE on Yomojo, you must meet several requirements.
To successfully use VoLTE on the Yomojo network:
Your Yomojo service must support VoLTE.
Most compatible services have VoLTE enabled automatically, but if you are unsure, contact Yomojo support.
2. Your Device Must Be VoLTE Compatible
Not all phones support VoLTE.
Many modern Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel and Android devices support VoLTE, but compatibility can vary depending on device model and software version.
What Devices Are VoLTE Compatible?
3. VoLTE Must Be Turned On in Device Settings
Even if your device supports VoLTE, the feature may be disabled.
Check your phone settings and ensure VoLTE or 4G Calling is enabled.
Steps may vary slightly depending on manufacturer.
Open Settings
Tap Mobile Network or Connections
Select SIM Settings
Locate VoLTE Calls or 4G Calling
Switch VoLTE ON
If you cannot see the option, your device may not support VoLTE or may require a software update.
Open Settings
Tap Mobile
Tap Mobile Data Options
Tap Voice & Data
Select 4G, LTE or VoLTE
Availability may vary depending on device model and iOS version.
You may notice:
Faster call connection times
Better voice clarity
Ability to use mobile data while on a call
4G or LTE remaining active during calls
Some devices display:
VoLTE
HD Calling
LTE Calling
in the status bar.
Following Australia's 3G network shutdown, VoLTE has become increasingly important for voice services.
Devices without compatible VoLTE functionality may experience difficulties making calls, including emergency Triple Zero (000) calls.
Yomojo recommends ensuring your device is fully compatible and configured correctly.

Removing and reinserting your SIM card may refresh network registration.
If VoLTE still does not work, contact Yomojo support for assistance.
