How can I request a replacement SIM card?
To request a replacement SIM card, just follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Tap the Manage button on the mobile number tile you need a replacement SIM card for.
3. Tap the Manage SIM tab.
4. Click the Get a new SIM button located at the lower right.
Delivery timeframe is within 2-4 business days via Australia Post.
