How do I cancel my Yomojo Service?

You can easily cancel your service through your online Dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Dashboard using your registered email address and password.

  2. Find the line of service you wish to cancel and click “Manage.”

  3. From the left-hand menu, select “Cancel Service.”

  4. Read and agree to the cancellation terms by checking the box.

  5. Click “Cancel My Service” to confirm your request.

Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation that your service has been successfully cancelled.

Tip: If you’re planning to switch providers, you may choose to transfer (port) your number before cancelling to keep your existing mobile number.
