International Roaming Troubleshooting
Check your device and app settings
To access Yomojo’s network overseas, you’ll need to ensure roaming is enabled on your device.
Enabling roaming on iOS
Go to Settings > Select Mobile > Choose your applicable SIM > Toggle on Data Roaming
Enabling roaming on Android
Go to Settings > Select Connections > Tap Mobile Networks > Toggle on Data Roaming
Enable roaming via Yomojo app or dashboard
You can also activate International Roaming through the Yomojo app or your online dashboard.
Ensure your device is connected to Wi‑Fi to complete this step.
If you’re still having trouble
Restart your device (switch it off and on again).
Insert your SIM into another compatible device to check if the network can be accessed.
Difficulty contacting friends and family overseas?
Check the number format: Make sure you’re using the correct country prefix (e.g. +61 for Australia).
Check your balance: Confirm that you have sufficient credit for calls, texts, and data while roaming.
