I can’t receive incoming calls
If you are experiencing issues with receiving incoming calls — whether from all callers or a specific contact — there are several important factors to consider when diagnosing and resolving the problem.
These may include network connectivity, device settings, carrier-related features, and potential call restrictions. Reviewing the following areas can help identify the root cause and guide you toward a solution.
✅ Check These First
Airplane Mode: Make sure it's turned off.
Do Not Disturb / Focus Mode: Disable it in Settings > Focus.
Call Forwarding: Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and turn it off.
Silence Unknown Callers: Disable this in Settings > Phone.
Blocked Contacts: Check if the caller is blocked under Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts.
Network Settings: Reset via Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
SIM Card: Remove and reinsert your SIM. Try it in another phone to rule out device issues.
Troubleshooting steps:
· Switch your Network Mode to LTE/3G/2G in Settings > Mobile Network.
· Restart your phone.
· Reinsert your SIM.
· Try another device if possible.
