How to set up call forwarding/diversion?
What is Call forwarding/diversion
Call forwarding or Call diversion is a feature which redirects a telephone call to another destination, which may be, a home phone number, voice mail box or another mobile number where the desired call party is available.
This feature can be set up using the member's mobile phone.
NOTE that this feature is not included in the mobile plans and charges the standard rate of 55c/minute.
Diversion Codes, When to use them, and how to Set it up (Diverting Calls to VOICE MAIL)
Use the correct Diversion code from the table below to add, remove or check a diversion you selected in the table above.
# is the hash key located beneath the number 9 on most keypads.
* is the star/asterisk key located beneath the number 7 on most keypads.
XX replace this with your selected diversion code from the first table.
for Adjust Ring Time - replace XX with time in SECS (from 5 to 30, intervals of 5)
Diverting calls to a different mobile number or to a home phone number:
Refer to the diversion codes on the first table. Select which diversion code to use.
Then, add or remove the diversion using the codes from the second table, replacing 321 with the number where you want to divert the calls to. (for adding diversion)
Example: (Setting up unconditional call diversion to 0401234567)
Dial, **21*0401234567# then Press Send or Call
