Setting up Voice Mail

From Your mobile Phone

1. Dial 321 (Voicemail Access Number)

2. Follow the prompts to set up your new PIN, record your name and a personalised greeting.

3. Set up Call Diversion

From a Landline Phone

1. Dial 133321 or 0411000321

2. At the prompt, enter your mobile number followed by the #(hash) key.

3. Enter your PIN followed by #.

4. Follow the prompts to set up your new PIN, record your name and a personalised greeting, then set up call diversion on your mobile phone.

NOTE:

• When you first access this service, your PIN is the last four digits of your mobile number. (Your PIN cannot be consecutive numbers, ie. 1234 or 1111)

• You must complete the tutorial in full to ensure that the Voice mail mailbox is set up. If the tutorial is not completed, it will play each time you access your Voice mail.

Retrieving Voice Mail Messages

From Your mobile Phone

1. Dial 321 to access your voice mail mailbox.

2. Your messages will be played in order they were received. At the end of each new message you will be given the option to save, delete or replay the message, or return the call form the voice mail mailbox.

3. Message Options:
    Press 5: Save Message
   Press 3: Delete Message
   Press 7: Replay Message

4. Press 9: Exit the System

5. Once the call ends, any messages that have been requested to be deleted cannot be recovered.

From a Landline Phone

1. Dial 133 321 or 0411000321 to access your voice mail mailbox.

2. At the prompt, enter your mobile number followed by the hash key (#).

3. Enter your personalised voice mail pin followed by the has key (#). 

4. Your messages will be played in order they were received. At the end of each new message you will be given the option to save, delete or replay the message, or return the call form the voice mail mailbox.

5. Message Options:
    Press 5: Save Message
   Press 3: Delete Message
   Press 7: Replay Message

6. Press 9: Exit the System

7. Once the call ends, any messages that have been requested to be deleted cannot be recovered.

*To retrieve voice mail overseas from their phone and dial: +614 11 000 321 

Changing Personal Greeting

• Access Voice Mail Mailbox

• Press 8: for User Options

• Press 4: for Setup Options

• Press 4: to change your personal greeting

• Follow the prompts to record a new greeting.

Changing Mailbox PIN

• Access Voice Mail Mailbox

• Press 8: for User Options

• Press 4: for Setup Options

• Press 7: to change your PIN

• Enter your new PIN followed by the # (hash) key. Your PIN will then be replayed to you, once you have confirmed your new PIN, you will be returned to the main menu.

Changing the length of Ring time before call gets routed to Voicemail

• Dial this code: **61*321**XX#

• Replace 'XX' with the ring length in seconds, in increments of 5 seconds. The ring time can be set in increments of 5 seconds to a maximum of 30 seconds — i.e. 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 seconds.

• Then press Call or Send as if making a phone call.
