How do I request for an eSIM replacement?

Accidentally deleted your eSIM or need a new eSIM for your new phone? No worries - we can get you sorted and reconnected in no time!

  1. Log in to your dashboard and tap on Get a new SIM.

  2. Contact the Support Team via our hotline or chat and you will be sent an email with the QR code, Activation code and iOS link.

  3. Scan the QR code/enter the activation code/use iOS link to install the new eSIM in your device.

  4. Get reconnected in just 15 to 30 minutes!
