4G Network/LTE (Long-Term Evolution)
4G is a mobile network that provides fast internet access for streaming, browsing and gaming. Yomojo operates on the Optus network across Australia, ensuring you stay connected with reliable, high‑speed service for all your everyday needs.
2
5G Network
5G is the next generation of mobile technology. It is much faster, has lower delay, and can handle more devices. This makes it perfect for ultra‑HD streaming, AR and cloud gaming. It is not available on Yomojo yet, but we are working hard to bring it to you soon.
3
Account Balance
Account Balance refers to the amount currently associated with your account. If it is positive, that balance will be applied to your next plan renewal or bill. If it is negative, it indicates that you have an outstanding invoice.
4
Account Lock
Account Lock temporarily prevents changes to your Yomojo account and blocks Dashboard access for 15 minutes. This helps safeguard against fraud and prevents actions such as SIM swaps or number porting until your identity is confirmed.
5
Account Transaction
Account Transaction is a record of all your financial activity in Yomojo, listed by date. It includes things like online recharges, add-on purchases, and any charges or credits applied to your account.
6
Account Verification or Multi-factor Authentication
Account Verification or Multi-factor Authentication is Yomojo’s method of confirming your identity before you access your Dashboard or request important changes through our customer service team. This process helps ensure your account remains private and secure.
7
ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority)
ACMA is Australia’s government regulator for broadcasting, radio, and telecommunications. Like all telcos, Yomojo follows ACMA’s rules and standards, including the TCP Code, to keep services fair and secure.
8
Activation
Activation is the process of enabling a telecommunications service, such as mobile data, voice or broadband, so it is ready to use on a customer’s device or account. You can activate your Yomojo service through your dashboard or by calling the support hotline.
9
APN (Access Point Name)
The APN setting on your device enables internet access through your carrier’s network. For Yomojo, it is usually configured automatically. If mobile data is not working, check or update the APN setting.
10
Auto Plan Renewal
Auto Plan Renewal is a feature that automatically charges your account or nominated card to renew your plan before it expires, ensuring continuous service.
