How long does it take to port?

We submit your porting request as soon as you activate your Yomojo SIM card. In most cases, the transfer is completed within an hour.

However, the process may take longer if your current provider rejects the request due to:

  • A mismatch in your account information (name, date of birth, or account number), or

  • System maintenance or delays on your current provider’s side.

Once your number has been successfully transferred, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your Yomojo service will be ready to use.

Tip: To avoid delays, make sure your details match exactly with the information held by your current provider before activating your SIM.
